A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits are paid through PayPal. All PayPal transactions are charged a 3.1% processing fee. Your deposit is applied to the total balance of your tattoo session. As soon as I receive your deposit payment, I will secure your appointment on the schedule and send you a confirmation email or text with your appointment details.
Your appointment is now secured on the scheduled. Next is the hard part, waiting until your appointment date. You’re responsible to make your arrangements to show up for your tattoo session on time. Whether you're local, traveling in from out of town, out of state, or out of country it is your duty to set your itinerary within the parameters of your scheduled appointment. Any negligence on your behalf of missing your appointment, being late, last minute cancelations, no shows, or mistake in your travel plans will result in a forfeiture of this payment and a new deposit payment will be required to schedule a new appointment. If you’re running a few minutes late a courtesy heads up with a quick text is all I ask. Be respectful of your artist’s time, your scheduled date has been set aside for you, arrangements have been made for months around your secured appointment to assure you have your artist’s full attention for the day.
Sometimes life happens and rescheduling is the only option. If a reschedule is needed a second deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. I require the second deposit be made within a 24 hour period.…(failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit). At that point both deposits will be applied to the total balance. If a second reschedule is needed, your deposit(s) will be forfeited and you will be required to send a NEW deposit to secure your rescheduled appointment. My professional discretion will apply to all situations regarding deposit forfeiture and deposit roll over.
It’s not uncommon to schedule a tattoo session as a gift for someone, or for you and a friend traveling in from out of town together to both get tattooed. I understand one person of the group making the arrangements for the tattoo appointments may be the easiest route to take when planning. If you are the one securing the appointments for you and a friend, a separate deposit payment will be required for each individual. Each deposit payment is designated per individual being scheduled. If your friend misses, is late, last minute cancels, no shows, or mistakes their travel plans the deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will not roll over to the your total balance.
